Eine Musik-Exkursion nach Leipzig<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ein eher ungew\u00f6hnliches Ziel war f\u00fcr unseren Musik-Grundkurs (Q1) am Samstag, d. 27. August 2022 die Stadt Leipzig. Fr\u00fchmorgens ging die Reise mit Frau Kloer und Herrn Lehmann vom Bahnhof S\u00fcdkreuz los, in Leipzig begr\u00fc\u00dfte uns die Sonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf den Spuren Bachs betraten wir die Thomaskirche<\/a>, in der sich noch Texte und Musikinstrumente von vor \u00fcber 200 Jahren und sogar das Grab von Johann Sebastian Bach h\u00f6chstselbst befinden. Anschlie\u00dfend ging es ins Bach-Haus<\/a>. Bachs Spuren fanden wir au\u00dferdem am ber\u00fchmten Neuen Bachdenkmal, aber auch zuallererst an jenem Alten Bachdenkmal, das Mendelssohn f\u00fcr \u201eden alten Prachtkerl\u201c errichten lie\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n

Weitere Verbindungen zu Bach entdeckten wir am wieder errichteten Mendelssohn-Denkmal wie am Paulinum, am Gewandhaus, der Oper, dem Mendelssohn-Haus und nat\u00fcrlich auch in der Nikolaikirche<\/a>, einst auch eine der Wirkungsst\u00e4tten Bachs, uns aber vor allem als Ort der j\u00fcngeren deutschen Geschichte bekannt: Ohne die Friedensgebete und friedlichen Montagsdemonstrationen der damaligen B\u00fcrger der DDR, die zur Wiedervereinigung f\u00fchrten, h\u00e4tten wir heute nicht einfach so in Leipzig sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch auch andere Geistesgr\u00f6\u00dfen hielten sich in Leipzig auf, wie uns die Geburtsorte von Clara Schumann, geb. Wieck, und Richard Wagner zeigten. Und nat\u00fcrlich haben wir am Vortag des Geburtstages unseres Schul-Namensgebers nicht nur sein Denkmal in Leipzig gesehen, sondern auch Auerbachs Keller besucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein entspannter und sehr interessanter Tag in Leipzig, der allen gefiel, ging zu Ende, in einer Stadt, wo alle diese Orte an den Wegen der Flaneure fast nebeneinander liegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auch das Wetter meinte es gut mit uns: Es begann erst am Leipziger Hauptbahnhof zu regnen, als wir am fr\u00fchen Abend die reibungslose R\u00fcckfahrt nach Berlin antraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
