Dezember 2021 waren wir mit beiden Leistungskursen Biologie des ersten Semesters im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glaesernes-labor.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gl\u00e4sernen Labor<\/a>. In unterschiedlichen Experimenten konnten wir uns mit den verschiedensten Themen von Erregungsleitung \u00fcber Reflexb\u00f6gen bis hin zu Lernprozessen und der m\u00f6glichen Entstehung der Krankheit Alzheimer besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf ein paar der spannendsten Experimente werden wir nun genauer eingehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Das mechanische Reizen eines Regenwurms:<\/strong><br>Ein Regenwurm sollte mit einer kleinen Borste sowohl am vorderen als auch am hinteren Ende ber\u00fchrt werden. Hier wird die Haut des Regenwurms gereizt. Anschlie\u00dfend werden unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten der Signalweiterleitung zun\u00e4chst gemessen und dann miteinander verglichen. Lernprozesse mit dem Fingerlabyrinth erkennen:<br><\/strong>Einer Versuchsperson wurden die Augen verbunden. Anschlie\u00dfend sollte sie mit einem Bleistift ein Labyrinth durchfahren, bis sie am Ziel war. Dies wurde insgesamt 12 Mal wiederholt. Bei jedem Durchgang wurden sowohl die ben\u00f6tigte Zeit, als auch die gemachten Fehler notiert. Aus den Messungen wurde dann eine Fehlerkurve erstellt. An dieser Fehlerkurve konnten die Lernprozesse des Gehirns gut erkannt werden.
