Die Freude an der Bewegung steht bei uns im Mittelpunkt, aber auch Coubertins Wettkampfgedanke \u201eh\u00f6her, weiter, schneller&#8220; (<em>citius, altius, fortius<\/em>) findet im Sportunterricht seine Berechtigung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Fach Sport f\u00f6rdert die k\u00f6rperliche, motorische und psychisch-soziale Entwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen und leistet somit einen nicht austauschbaren Beitrag zur ganzheitlichen Bildung und Erziehung. Die Teilhabe der Sch\u00fclerInnen an der Sport- und Bewegungskultur und die F\u00f6rderung der individuellen Leistungs- und Anstrengungsbereitschaft legen die Grundlage f\u00fcr ein lebenslanges Sporttreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6rperliche Bet\u00e4tigung geh\u00f6rte bei den alten Griechen und R\u00f6mern zum Alltag: Laufen, Werfen und Ballspiele, aber auch Ringen und F\u00fcnfkampf wurden gerne betrieben. Nicht zuletzt haben die Olympischen Spiele in der griechischen Antike ihren Ursprung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>Welt des Sports<\/strong> hat sich seitdem deutlich ver\u00e4ndert. Zu den in der Antike beliebten Sportarten kommen jedes Jahr neue Sportarten hinzu. Die Olympischen Spiele machen es deutlich: Alle vier Jahre werden neue Sportarten Demonstrationssportart oder sogar in den Kanon der Wettbewerbe aufgenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sportunterricht am Goethe-Gymnasium spiegelt diese bunte Welt des Sports wieder. Wir bieten den Sch\u00fclerInnen in den einzelnen Jahrgangsstufen verschiedene Sportarten an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fairplay und Kooperation<\/strong> haben einen hohen Stellenwert. Der Schwerpunkt \u201esoziales Lernen\u201c aus dem Schulprogramm findet sich in speziellen Unterrichtseinheiten in den einzelnen Jahrgangsstufen wieder: Kleine Spiele werden ver\u00e4ndert, bei den bekannten Sportspielen werden durch Regel\u00e4nderungen Spa\u00df und Mitspielen f\u00fcr alle erm\u00f6glicht. \u201eRaufen und K\u00e4mpfen nach Regeln\u201c st\u00e4rken sowohl das Selbstvertrauen als auch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der <strong>Oberstufe<\/strong> f\u00e4chert sich der Sportunterricht in die verschiedenen Grundkurse (Mannschaftsspiele, R\u00fcckschlagspiele und Individualsportarten) auf. In diesem Rahmen k\u00f6nnen die Sch\u00fclerInnen auch Sport als 4. Pr\u00fcfungsfach im Abitur w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zum Regelunterricht gibt es am Goethe-Gymnasium nach Verf\u00fcgbarkeit <strong>AGs und Kooperationen mit Sportvereinen<\/strong>.
